Return & Exchange Policy — Arz Studio

At Arz Studio, every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to feel the same when it reaches you.
If something isn’t quite right, you can easily request a return or exchange through the steps below.


Return Window

  • Full Refund: Return within 3 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Store Credit: Return within 7 days of delivery for store credit of the same amount.

  • After 7 days: Returns will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to your Customer Orders section on our website.

  2. Click the Return button next to your order and follow the steps.

  3. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the shipping details.


Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or product:

  • Please contact us on WhatsApp at 8081826703 within 7 days of delivery.

  • Our team will guide you through the available options and next steps for your exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection approval (see conditions below).


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • The green tag must be intact and attached to the garment.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges that don’t meet these conditions will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.


Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once your return or exchange shipment reaches our facility, our team will inspect the item for quality and tag integrity.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds (for 3-day returns) or store credit (for 7-day returns) will be processed within 3–5 business days.

    • Exchanges will be processed and dispatched once the new item is confirmed.

  • If the return or exchange fails inspection, the item will be sent back to you.
